and Privacy. Our employees are trained in the importance of privacy.
Member information is accessible to only one individual and only when that
individual requires it in
order to respond to your inquiries.
3. Disclosure to
Third Parties. We will never provide individually-identifiable
information about consumers to third parties unless: (a) we are legally compelled
to do so by order of a governmental authority; (b) we have
the express permission of the consumer, or (c) it is necessary to process
transactions and provide service.
4. Privacy and
Our Business Partners. We do not share member information with
business partners. If in the future we should participate in a business
partner relationship, we will not share with member information other than
that needed for our partners to perform
their business functions. We will make every effort to ensure by contract that
every business partner protects member information in a manner consistent
with this Privacy Policy.
